What does EasyBookMe cost me as a pro?

Nothing. Listing your business and receiving quote requests is free, and EasyBookMe charges suppliers no commission. You keep 100% of your price. When online payments are on, the customer pays EasyBookMe a booking fee on their deposit.

When do deposits start?

When online payments go live, which is coming soon. Until then, customers pay you directly and you still get requests, quotes and signed agreements. Once payments are on, a 50% deposit is taken when you both sign, held by EasyBookMe and released to you when you arrive and the customer gives you the arrival code. If the customer cancels within 48 hours of the booking, half the deposit is paid to you for the time you held.

How do leads reach me?

A customer describes the job and their parish. We match the request to pros who list that service and serve that area. The customer can message you on WhatsApp with the job ready to send, and requests show in your pro account, where you send your quote. Matches are sorted by area, then rating and reviews. Nobody can pay to rank higher.

Who sees my details, and who sees the customer's?

Your business page is public. You see the customer's first name, job description and area. Their phone, email and exact address are shared with you once you have both signed the agreement.

Do I need documents to join?

No. Labels are optional. "ID checked" means our team looked at a government photo ID. "Licence or certificate on file" and "Insurance on file" mean you uploaded the document and we recorded it. Each label means only what it says.

My business already has a page on EasyBookMe. What do I do?

Pages marked "Directory listing, not yet claimed" were built from public business information. Sign up with your business email and claim your page, so you control what it says.
