Mechanics, tyre shops, mobile washers and detailers lose hours to price checks on WhatsApp that go nowhere. EasyBookMe sends you requests with the vehicle and the problem already described.
Customers send a voice note, get your price, and you never hear from them again.
Requests come with the make, model, year and symptoms. You quote once in writing, and when the customer accepts, you both sign an agreement with the price and the work.
You drove across town with tools in the van. Nobody is home.
When online payments are on, the customer pays a 50% deposit before you come. It is released to you when you arrive and get the arrival code, so a customer with money down has a reason to be there.
Many drivers have been told they need work they did not need.
Reviews on EasyBookMe come only from real bookings, and the signed agreement shows exactly what was quoted. Licence and insurance labels help too.
Saturday is packed, Tuesday is dead.

When online payments go live, which is coming soon. Until then, customers pay you directly and you still get requests, quotes and signed agreements. Once payments are on, a 50% deposit is taken when you both sign, held by EasyBookMe and released to you when you arrive and the customer gives you the arrival code. If the customer cancels within 48 hours of the booking, half the deposit is paid to you for the time you held.
A customer describes the job and their parish. We match the request to pros who list that service and serve that area. The customer can message you on WhatsApp with the job ready to send, and requests show in your pro account, where you send your quote. Matches are sorted by area, then rating and reviews. Nobody can pay to rank higher.
Your business page is public. You see the customer's first name, job description and area. Their phone, email and exact address are shared with you once you have both signed the agreement.
