Mobilising a truck or an excavator costs real money before you earn a dollar. Last-minute cancellations hurt. EasyBookMe puts the job, the date and the price in a signed agreement, with a deposit when online payments are on.
Moving equipment to site is expensive and slow.
When online payments are on, the customer pays a 50% deposit when you both sign, so you know they are committed before you mobilise. EasyBookMe holds it and releases it to you when you arrive on site and get the arrival code.
You turned other work away for that date.
The date and the job are in a signed agreement, and a customer with money down has a reason to keep the date. If the customer cancels within 48 hours of the booking, half the deposit is paid to you for the time you held.
Access, volume and material change the price completely.
Requests describe the work: haulage, equipment rental, excavation, crane and lifting, or aggregate delivery. For bigger jobs, quote a paid site visit first.
A one-truck quote does not fit a multi-site project.
Work orders handle multi-item and multi-site jobs, and support subcontracting. For haulage work, proof of insurance is provided before signing, and your "Insurance on file" label shows customers you are covered.
Online payments are coming soon. Until they are on, customers pay you directly.
Choose the ones you offer. You are matched only to requests for those services.
Join with your business email and a six-digit code. Choose your services and the parishes you cover.
Customers near you describe their job. Requests for your services reach you.
Send your price in writing. For jobs you must see first, quote a paid site visit.
The customer accepts and you both sign the agreement electronically with an email code.
You keep 100% of your price. When online payments are on, the deposit is released to you on arrival.
Heavy equipment and haulage suppliers provide proof of the insurance the law requires before signing. Uploading it also gives you the "Insurance on file" label.
Nothing. Listing your business and receiving quote requests is free, and EasyBookMe charges suppliers no commission. You keep 100% of your price. When online payments are on, the customer pays EasyBookMe a booking fee on their deposit.
When online payments go live, which is coming soon. Until then, customers pay you directly and you still get requests, quotes and signed agreements. Once payments are on, a 50% deposit is taken when you both sign, held by EasyBookMe and released to you when you arrive and the customer gives you the arrival code. If the customer cancels within 48 hours of the booking, half the deposit is paid to you for the time you held.
A customer describes the job and their parish. We match the request to pros who list that service and serve that area. The customer can message you on WhatsApp with the job ready to send, and requests show in your pro account, where you send your quote. Matches are sorted by area, then rating and reviews. Nobody can pay to rank higher.
Your business page is public. You see the customer's first name, job description and area. Their phone, email and exact address are shared with you once you have both signed the agreement.
No. Labels are optional. "ID checked" means our team looked at a government photo ID. "Licence or certificate on file" and "Insurance on file" mean you uploaded the document and we recorded it. Each label means only what it says.
Pages marked "Directory listing, not yet claimed" were built from public business information. Sign up with your business email and claim your page, so you control what it says.
