Free measuring visits, lumber money up front, and "while you are here" extras eat into every job. EasyBookMe gives you paid site visits, signed scopes and, when online payments are on, deposits.
Every free visit costs you fuel and half a day.
Quote a paid site visit as its own small job. If the customer goes ahead, you can agree to credit it against the main price.
Small extras pile up and nobody pays for them.
The signed agreement records the scope, materials, price and finish date. Changes are agreed in writing.
Materials are the biggest risk on a custom job.
When online payments are on, the customer pays a 50% deposit up front. EasyBookMe holds it and releases it to you when you arrive to start and the customer gives you the arrival code.
Cabinets for ten units or doors for a whole complex need a different process.

Nothing. Listing your business and receiving quote requests is free, and EasyBookMe charges suppliers no commission. You keep 100% of your price. When online payments are on, the customer pays EasyBookMe a booking fee on their deposit.
When online payments go live, which is coming soon. Until then, customers pay you directly and you still get requests, quotes and signed agreements. Once payments are on, a 50% deposit is taken when you both sign, held by EasyBookMe and released to you when you arrive and the customer gives you the arrival code. If the customer cancels within 48 hours of the booking, half the deposit is paid to you for the time you held.
A customer describes the job and their parish. We match the request to pros who list that service and serve that area. The customer can message you on WhatsApp with the job ready to send, and requests show in your pro account, where you send your quote. Matches are sorted by area, then rating and reviews. Nobody can pay to rank higher.
Your business page is public. You see the customer's first name, job description and area. Their phone, email and exact address are shared with you once you have both signed the agreement.
