After you both sign, you pay a 50% deposit by card through EasyBookMe.

You get a one-time arrival code. Share it only when the pro has arrived to start.
Sharing the code releases the deposit to the pro. The balance you can pay directly, free.
You get everything back: the deposit, the booking fee and the secure payment fee.
Cancel more than 48 hours before your booking and your deposit is refunded. The booking fee and secure payment fee are not. Within 48 hours, half the deposit goes to the pro for the time they held for you.
Report it within 7 days of the booking date and we will step in under our dispute process.
A label describes one specific check. It is not a recommendation, and it does not mean we checked anything else.
A member of our team looked at a government photo ID for the person who runs the account and compared it with a photo of them. We did not check criminal records or work history.
The pro uploaded a licence or certificate and we recorded its details. We did not confirm it with the body that issued it, unless the label says "confirmed with issuer".
The pro uploaded proof of insurance. We did not confirm it with the insurer and cannot promise it is still active or covers your job. If insurance matters, ask for current proof.
We built this page from public business information, such as Google listings. The business has not joined EasyBookMe or confirmed the details, and we have not checked them.
Ratings marked "Google reviews" come from Google, not from EasyBookMe bookings.
Only someone who booked through EasyBookMe can review that booking, once. Nobody may pay for a review, and we do not remove a review just because it is negative.
Getting quotes is always free. EasyBookMe charges a fee only when you book and pay a deposit online. You see it before you pay.
