Summer brings more calls than you can answer, then the phone goes quiet. EasyBookMe sends you written AC requests from customers in your area, so you quote when it suits you and get paid on terms you both signed.
When it is hot, you miss calls on the roof. When it cools down, you wonder where the work went.
Requests arrive in your pro account in writing, matched by service and parish, so you can answer between jobs. Customers looking for routine servicing can find you in any month, not only during a heatwave.
You cannot price a unit you have not seen, but the customer wants a number before you drive out.
Requests come with the job described in the customer's own words. When you need to see the site first, quote a paid site visit as its own small job. If you both agree, its price can be credited against the main job.
The unit is running and the customer is cool. Your money is another story.
The price and scope go into a signed agreement before you start. When online payments are on, the customer pays a 50% deposit up front. EasyBookMe holds it and releases it to you when the customer gives you the arrival code on site.
Anyone can say they are certified. Customers have been burned before.
Upload your documents and earn the "Licence or certificate on file" and "Insurance on file" labels. Reviews come only from real bookings on EasyBookMe.
Online payments are coming soon. Until they are on, customers pay you directly.
Choose the ones you offer. You are matched only to requests for those services.
Join with your business email and a six-digit code. Choose your services and the parishes you cover.
Customers near you describe their job. Requests for your services reach you.
Send your price in writing. For jobs you must see first, quote a paid site visit.
The customer accepts and you both sign the agreement electronically with an email code.
You keep 100% of your price. When online payments are on, the deposit is released to you on arrival.
Yes. Businesses can send work orders for many units or several sites in one request, and you can quote the lines you cover.
Nothing. Listing your business and receiving quote requests is free, and EasyBookMe charges suppliers no commission. You keep 100% of your price. When online payments are on, the customer pays EasyBookMe a booking fee on their deposit.
When online payments go live, which is coming soon. Until then, customers pay you directly and you still get requests, quotes and signed agreements. Once payments are on, a 50% deposit is taken when you both sign, held by EasyBookMe and released to you when you arrive and the customer gives you the arrival code. If the customer cancels within 48 hours of the booking, half the deposit is paid to you for the time you held.
A customer describes the job and their parish. We match the request to pros who list that service and serve that area. The customer can message you on WhatsApp with the job ready to send, and requests show in your pro account, where you send your quote. Matches are sorted by area, then rating and reviews. Nobody can pay to rank higher.
Your business page is public. You see the customer's first name, job description and area. Their phone, email and exact address are shared with you once you have both signed the agreement.
No. Labels are optional. "ID checked" means our team looked at a government photo ID. "Licence or certificate on file" and "Insurance on file" mean you uploaded the document and we recorded it. Each label means only what it says.
Pages marked "Directory listing, not yet claimed" were built from public business information. Sign up with your business email and claim your page, so you control what it says.
